Holly Hatfield Rogai is an International Academic Advisor in the College of Letters and Science Undergraduate Education and Advising Office of the Dean. She holds a B.A. degree from the University of St. Thomas in Women’s Studies with a Communications Minor. She also holds an M.A. in Higher Education Leadership and Policy Studies at the California State University, Sacramento.
She started at UC Davis in 2005 while serving as the Assistant Registrar in the Office of the University Registrar. She then became a Graduate Program Coordinator advising graduate students in the Graduate Group in Ecology which lead her to become an advisor in the Graduate Studies Dean’s Office at UCD. Holly then completed her Academic Advising training series and moved over to the world of academic advising for undergraduates. Prior to her work at UC Davis, she served in higher education at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA in the Registrar’s Office and Financial Aid, respectively.
Holly uses the pronouns she/her/hers, is a life-long learner, and appreciates the opportunity to work with any student populations in higher education and collaborate with other advisors on campus.
Outside of the office, Holly enjoys yoga, quilting, reading, long walks with her dog, cooking, and spending time with her family.
