Rob Broadhurst is an Assistant Director of Development for the UC Davis College of Letters and Science. He is responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual prospects capable of making major gifts of $50K+. Prior to his role at UC Davis, Rob served as a Development Associate for UC Agriculture and Natural Resources. Before that, he worked in real estate and music education.

Rob is thrilled to continue his fundraising career with his alma mater. He received his BA in English in 2006 and went on to earn his MFA in music from NYU Tisch School of the Arts.

 KT Hughins is an Assistant Director of Development for UC Davis College of Letters and Science. She is responsible for cultivating relationships that support and advance college priorities, programs and projects. KT is an experienced community coordinator and systems strategist with a history of nonprofit organization management. She spent over a decade working in the field on humanitarian programming and development, both internationally and domestically. More recently KT has worked as a director in NGO STEM education equity and as a consultant for systems development in private aviation. She holds a B.S. in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Alabama.

Elisha Findley is the Development Program Manager for the UC Davis College of Letters and Science.  She is responsible for managing projects within the college development team, managing all expense and gift accounts, administering annual fund solicitations for the college, and supervises all of the administrative functions and projects including gift processing, stewardship, travel and entertainment, purchasing, events, alumni engagement, and prospect research.  Prior to her role in the college, Elisha worked as the Corporate and Annual Fund Officer for the Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts at UC Davis.  

Elisha has 15 years of experience in project management, specifically in development within higher education.  She earned her BA in Business Administration, Strategic Management at CSU Sacramento.

Tamara Dawley is a Development Analyst of the UC Davis College of Letters and Science.  She is responsible for endowment management, data analysis, donor stewardship, and administrative support for the L&S Development Team. Prior to her role in the College of Letters and Science, Tamara worked as a Donor Resource Coordinator in Intercollegiate Athletics where she processed all donor gifts, analyzed gift reports and assisted with donor events.  Before that, she worked at the Mondavi Center as a Ticket Office Supervisor where her career at UC Davis first started.  

Tamara has more than 12 years of experience in donor relations and administrative/Analyst support.  She earned a Bachelors of Art Degree at Humboldt State University.

Megan Laurie is an Associate Director of Development for the UC Davis College of Letters and Science.  She is responsible for fostering relationships that strengthen the college and University, increasing awareness and support for college priorities and securing funding support for the college’s various programs and projects. Prior to her role at UC Davis, Megan served as the Director of Development for WEAVE, a Sacramento nonprofit supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence.  Before that, she worked at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  

Megan has more than 13 years of experience in philanthropy, organizational development and leadership in the University and nonprofit sectors. She earned her Master’s at California State University Sacramento and a B.A at San Diego State.

Anna Ditler is the Development Assistant for the UC Davis College of Letters and Science.  She is responsible for providing administrative assistance for the whole College of Letters and Science Development team, assisting the Assistant Dean with management of all the L&S volunteer boards, and various other day-to-day tasks. Prior to her role at UC Davis, Anna graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Planning, Public Policy and Management.

Crystal Masuda is the Events Manager for the College of Letters and Science. She is responsible for organizing and executing the College’s major events including those aimed at donors, alumni and students. Such events include commencement as well as Dean hosted functions. Crystal has more than 15 years of event experience and she is also a proud Aggie. Go Ags!
