Course Description:

We are excited to launch our UC Davis Global Career Accelerator course! It's a one-of-a-kind immersive online summer program designed to help you build in-demand tech and project management skills. Through this experience, you'll connect with students from around the globe, earn college credit, and work on real-world projects with leading global companies. Throughout the program, you will also have a dedicated Success Coach who will provide you with personalized guidance and support to stay on track.

How does it work?
  • Flexible online learning: Live Zoom sessions are held once a week with your instructional team and project cohort and you'll also work through self-paced, video lessons.
  • Work on real world projects: Gain hands-on experience with leading companies such as Netflix, Airbnb, The GRAMMYS, DoorDash, Uber, Charity Water, and more.
  • Build a standout portfolio: Showcase your skills through project-based group work that can help strengthen your resume and skillset.
  • Earn 6 college credits, as well as certifications: This program is a 10-week course, offered through UC Davis's Summer Special Session and runs from June 22 through August 28.

There are different tracks that you can choose from such as Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Web Development, Coding for Data, and Career Rotation.

Next Steps
  1. Apply for the program through the Global Career Accelerator site
  2. You will receive a message from the Career Accelerator team that contains course registration information.
  3. You will be provided with two CRNs. Be sure to register for both sections in Schedule Builder and then edit the units to 3 each (for a total of 6 units).
