Minor Only
The interdisciplinary minor in Social, Ethnic, and Gender Relations explores the racial, ethnic, class, and gender aspects of human relations in the modern world. Students study human societies and cultures from a multi-ethnic perspective and across established academic departmental lines to achieve a greater sense of current challenges faced by minority groups. By challenging existing generalizations surrounding race, gender, and social class, students are able to develop diverse perspectives on people and their experiences, a worthwhile addition to any professional field
