Sara Chilimidos is an Academic Advisor in the College of Letters and Science Undergraduate Education and Advising Office of the Dean. Sara holds a B.A. in Anthropology and a minor in Biology from California State University, Sacramento. In addition, Sara holds a M.A. in Higher Education Leadership & Policy Studies from California State University, Sacramento.

Sara joined the UC Davis campus in Spring 2020 as an Undergraduate Advisor in the Department of Computer Science. Prior to UC Davis, she held various peer roles across the causeway in the First-Year Experience Program at California State University, Sacramento. These roles cultivated her passion for empowering students through advising.

As a first-generation college student, Sara seeks to teach and guide students through their undergraduate experience from a developmental lens. Sara uses she/her/hers pronouns and identifies as a life-long learner. Outside of the office, Sara enjoys kayaking, yoga, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
